Goebel Construction's capabilities also include all types of engineering and public works construction: bridges, dams, hydroelectric plants, water treatment plants, pump stations, and reservoirs, to name just a few. All of these types of projects are competitively bid and most involve contracts with the Government.

A comprehensive fleet of heavy excavation equipment, trucks and cranes, allows most of the work to be performed by our own forces, with a very small percentage of work subcontracted. This results in better coordination, efficiency and cost effectiveness."In-house" engineering capabilities include surveying and earthwork control, as well as design of dewatering systems, bridge falsework, steel piling cofferdams and water diversion schemes.
