Goebel Construction is most proud of its significant achievements in commercial building. It is nearly impossible to drive any distance in the Spokane area without spotting a striking Goebel structure.

Numerous buildings, dating as far back as the late 1800s, have been renovated and restructured under our contracts, blending the allure of historical architecture with the state-of-the-art in energy efficiency and structural concepts.

Throughout our history, a majority of our commercial building contracts have been acquired by negotiation. Architects and owners recognize the advantages of a team effort with our firm being involved from the inception of a project.
